I created a twitter profile for my teaching career during my first semester at UVic. I attempted to increase my professional presence on social media as an optional activity for my EDCI 339 class. I have posted a few screenshots to document my experience.

This activity connected to our course reading because it gave me the ability to collaborate with other teaching professionals through the use of social media. Furthermore, it is a great example of an open learning resource. Additionally, it was an example of hands-on, experiential learning using a digital medium.
